1. 본인을 소개해 달라.

DJ / Producer Demicat. 주로 Jazz, Soul, Funk, Hiphop, 90년대~2000년대 초 Video game 음악 등에서 많은 영향을 받았고 그것을 오늘날의 Electronic 음악에 적용시켜 다양한 튠을 만든다. 특히 지난 가을에 릴리즈한 “Out Loud EP” 는 기존의 내 앨범들과 비교했을때 사운드적으로 큰 변화가 있었고, 그것을 기점으로 Neurohop, Glitchhop, Dubstep, Trap 등을 위주로 프로듀싱, 디제잉한다.

2.가장 인상 깊었던 공연은?

지난 겨울 처음으로 런던에 갔는데 그 때 즐겼던 Numbers 10주년 warehouse 파티가 근래들어서는 가장 재미있었다. Hudson Mohawke, Jack Master, Optimo, Spencer, Redinho 등이 플레이 했었다.

3.자주 가는 장소가 있다면?

한강이 10분 거리에 있어서 산책을 하거나 자전거를 타러 자주 간다.

1. Please introduce yourself

I’m DJ and Producer, Demicat. Jazz, Soul, Funk, Hiphop and OST from the 90’s to 2000’s video game affected my style and I adopted these vibes to current Electonic music to produce various tunes. Especailly, my recent release “Out Loud(EP)” in last autumn, has a dramatic change compare to my former works in the aspect of sound. Also, there was a change with Djing that play Neurohop, Glitchohop, Dubstep and Traps from that point.

2. What’s the most impressive concert or party?

I’ve been London last winter for the first time and went to “Numbers 10th Anniversary” warehouse party. Hudosn Mohawke, Jack Master, Optimo, Spencer, Redinho and others were playing and I had so much fun.

3. Any place you visit most?

Han river is just 10 mins away from I live, so usually go there by walk or ride a bicycle.
